I found that guy: I will write an email to engage your customers

A well crafted email is a great opportunity to engage your customers.

    Here are the opportunities:

Welcome - a greeting email to let a new customer know you care about them. You can also include relevant information about your company. What differentiates you from the competition, why you are good at what you do. When you engage a customer with warmth, your chance of retention just skyrockets.

Retention - you have regular customers who have been with you for a while, but who may not have heard from you outside regular business communications.Tell them about new services you offer. Let them know you care, and you'll really engage them.

    Post-sale.
Don't miss out on the opportunity for a well timed "thank you" to that customer who just bought from you. Let them know how important their purchase is to you, and tell them more about your services.

What customers say about working with me:

"Dan always gives me what I expect on the first try. I have used other gigs and he is simply the best. Thanks again Dan!”

“It's always a pleasure to be working with Dan! He is very reliable and amicable and is very open to assisting outside the requirements of his responsibility.”
